I ordered the dark-stained version of this book cart, and it was shipped and delivered quickly. The assembly instructions are essentially pictures, except for the listing of hardware, but were sufficient. I assembled the cart without assistance in just over one hour using a broad-blade screwdriver, a pair of pliers for the flange nuts, and a pair of needle-nose pliers for the lockwasher nuts. It took a while to master balancing the unattached boards while simultaneously threading the bolts through their nuts. A second pair of hands would have helped a lot in this regard.

I wish the finished piece did not have visible screws, but that's exactly what's shown in the picture, so there's no cause for complaint. I'm sure I could have found such a cart, but never for this price.

The wood is thick and attractive. The hardware is of excellent quality. I have no doubt that this cart will outlast me. Buy with confidence.
