The cooler was delivered on- time and had a better feel to it than I thought it might. One of the connectors was bad and customer service was excellent, shipping a replacement right away. The quick connectors were easy to use. Hot and cold filtered water has been awesome for our staff and for the board meetings. The only negative was pretty easy to fix: it made a rattling sound when the compressor stopped, which was becoming pretty distracting during meetings. I found the issue was the spring for the cup holder. It was easy to remove the spring, with one screw on the bottom, then I wrapped the spring to keep it from hitting the sides - it has been great. This filtering system does not need a drain but if you have a drain nearby you can drain the overfill cup right into it.
