Amazon failed to deliver the tree in the 2 days as promised. I had to send an e-mail twice to get Amazon to respond and the comment that they had several shipping areas was not required. It is not my concern where or how they fulfill their promise to deliver in 2 days. It came in 5 days. The tree is beautiful and does not require any adornment. Beautiful berrys, leaves and snow are realistic. This tree is to be the grandchildrens' tree and I will put all homemade ornaments on tree. It is definitely worth the wait and the cost.
