Carefully crafted for timeless style and lasting comfort. Expertly crafted of solid wood, the bed measures 62.5" high x 103" long x 41.5" wide. The bottom bed measures 12" high x 77" long x 56.5" wide. Each bunk comes with a slat roll foundation that is designed for use without a box spring or bunkie board. Use as a bunk bed now and later as two separate beds. At MOM'S safety comes first, so all of our bed designs meet or exceed both ASTM and CSPC safety standards. All wood is sanded and sealed with a clean, smooth coating to prevent splinters. Our finishes are child-safe and lead free. Ladder rungs are flat, not vertical, for your child's comfort and easy access to top bunk. Each bunk accommodates a standard sized mattress, one twin and one full, not included. It came delivered on time and with great communication from the carrier. My husband put it together in a couple of hours. It is great for the money but I have to say it is not the sturdiest. It is fine for us, looks really nice, is safe and the price was good and my child loves it but if you are looking for high end this may not be it. It seems to be real wood and it looks nice, there are exposed screws though which is visually the only drawback. Safety wise it has some sharp corners. The other thing is that my husband broke one of the slats on the larger bed on the bottom by standing on it to tell my son good night - he is a tall/large person at about 300# though. Don't know what the weight limit is on there. We would still buy it again even with the flaws, to us it is a good buy, just wanted to give an honest review.
