This seems to be a newer product (no reviews yet) so I wanted to write a preliminary review for anyone who is curious about it. Our baby isn't here yet so I will have to revise it after she arrives.

The box arrived in fair shape, but the pieces were packed pretty well and there was minimal scuffing on only a couple of pieces. Most importantly, my wife was very pleased with the condition. The package contained the crib/changer, the toddler rail, and some additional parts needed for later conversion to a regular bed (although we would need to buy the bed rails separately). It also comes with a waterproof changing pad, and while I think it would work fine, my wife recommends something a bit nicer. [EDIT: wife notes that the required changer pad size is non-standard (27.5" x 15") and hasn't been able to find any replacement. Unless you find something we couldn't, you're stuck with the included pad or fabricating your own.]

It takes at least a couple of hours to put together since it's both a crib and a changer. But it's not difficult and the included instructions are good. The finished product is very solid. Other than the style of the feet, I think the crib portion is the same as the stand-alone Kalani crib, so you'll see lots of relevant reviews on that product's page. The changer is nice as well. The drawers don't feel wobbly and I think they'll last for a while. The top of the changer (the part that the pad goes on) is not a thick, solid wood piece--it's probably about 3/16" and flexes if you push on it very much. It should hold a good-sized baby without flexing though. The instructions say you should only put kids up to 30 lbs. on there.

One thing that did annoy me: there is a sticker low on the rightmost panel that says "WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED" and has some other information on it. I'm leaving it on here for now since we'll have a little waste basket sitting in front of it. But eventually I'll probably remove it and spend an hour getting rid of the adhesive...

Our mattress is Sealy Soybean Foam-Core Crib Mattress and it fits very snugly. I'd recommend this pair.

UPDATE: Baby is now six months old and the crib/changer is holding up well. The finish is still nice, but we have not been hard on it so your experience may vary. Still no teeth on the baby, so I don't know how it will look once she starts chewing on it. The drawers are holding up well, but we don't use them regularly. Wife notes that they are pretty small, so they are only useful for storing stuff like small changing supplies or a couple of crib sheets in each. Anyway, I continue to give this five stars and recommend it to people who want a combo.
