I ordered two for my office. Both were delivered on time with Prime shipping by UPS, and both were damaged beyond function. Requested an exchange for both through Amazon, which went flawlessly, until the replacements were delivered by FedEx. Again, both filing cabinets were damaged beyond use. Gave up and requested a full refund. I don't believe this was an issue with Amazon, or the individual shipping companies. These cabinets weigh about 130lbs, and both UPS and FedEx only have one man truck crews. If Amazon is going to continue offering large, heavy, bulky, but easily damaged items like this, they should look into using a courier that can promise safe delivery with a two man delivery crew, even if it takes a few more days.
