I received the dresser and the outside of the box had no damage but when I opened the box, the dresser drawer was shoved far into the dresser that we had to take out the back panel to fix it. It was an ordeal and the reason I did this is because I didn't want to deal with send back the entire dresser that weighed a lot. Needless to say, some of the other dresser drawers were also out of alignment. I had sent an email to the company that sold the product and they were very responsive to the issue but I'm not sure how far I would have gotten with them since I signed the product stating that it came in good order since I was fooled by the exterior of the box. Lesson learned!
