All I can say is that this vac has outlasted every vac I have ever owned. It was used in my house for years and when we decided to buy a new vac the Sensor got moved out to the garage for car work. I used it there for years and of course being badly abused. We ended up after 2 NEW vacs later to bring it back inside the house where it has eaten the other NEW vacs for breakfast. They broke so now they live in the garage working on cars. All joking aside .... one of those items where you get what you pay for.
