The hardware that you're supposed to pull on to open the drawer is terribly impractical. There is no grip on it. you're supposed to pinch and pull. Though not ideal for the upper 2 drawers, if they aren't heavy, it's ok. For the file drawer however, good luck.
The finish is nice and the drawers roll ok, but without being able to get a good grip, it's kinda worthless.
I'd replace the hardware if I could but I don't see any screws, not sure how it's fixed in there.
