We actually purchased this dresser through Babies R Us, but thought I would post something about the QA by Sorelle here as a buyer beware. We received our dresser, and on first assessment, we were missing the locking washers and the left side of the dresser was cracked. It took about 2 weeks to get the dresser from Babies R Us after we ordered. Then it took over 2 weeks to get these replacement parts. All of the other parts seemed to be there and the boxes containing the dresser pieces were in good condition, so we opted not to unpack everything until after we received the replacement parts. Mistake. We finally set to putting the dresser together. We found out we were missing one of the bolts and one of the drawer sides have cracked completely through where the groove for the bottom had been cut. So we let Sorelle know about these parts. Although they say they have sent them, it has been over a week and no parts. We are going on 6 weeks and this dresser is still in pieces to some degree. If you need a dresser and don't want it sitting around in parts waiting on other parts because the company did not quality control what in the box, get another dresser.
